- Interfacing
- We will negotiate on your behalf with external agencies, (such as government
organisations, shipping companies, freight forwarding agencies and Banks,) regarding
matters concerned with your shipment.
- We can also discuss ways to optimise these interfaces: not only between people
but also between systems.
- Follow-up
- Completing the documents correctly is necessary but not sufficient to ensure a
successful outcome. We will manage the flow of information between all the interested
parties;
- clearing up any misunderstandings;
- finding acceptable solutions to any documentation problems;
- and ensuring that quality disputes are resolved satisfactorily.
- On or off-site
- Sometimes it is more convenient to have the work done on your premises. We are
happy to conduct business in either your or our office - or a mixture of both.
- During peak business times, or during staff absences for holiday or other
reasons, we can provide personnel to "fill the gap".
